Hello

I teach yoga class at the lovely Goose Green Clinic at 57 East Dulwich Road, Monday 6.45pm - 7.45pm and Wednesday 7pm - 8pm. Come along and try your first class for ?5 (normal price ?10 drop-in or discount card ?40 for 5 class pass). A class pass can be used interchangeably between both the Monday and Wednesday class.

The class sizes are small and run at a gentle pace, but still with the aim to fully stretch the body out to aid relaxation at the end of the class.   I wanted to just add that my experience has shown me that fitness classes aimed at an older demographic are often nowhere near as good or as much fun as those aiming at all and sundry.. most classes I've been to NOT aiming at 'Middle aged' people have had such a mixed bag and everyone does what they can at their own pace and this is encouraged. Do give it a go.

  Greens have some mad polices and I am still trying to work out if it is true that the leader of the party thought he could hypnotize women to have larger breasts 🤷‍♂️ country is in a real state at the min and all party’s have a part to play in that. what the future holds who knows but it is worrying.

  A stellar win for the Greens in Gorton and Denton, no doubt. But by-elections are funny beasts. Labour's strength traditionally has been in its ground game. Legions of canvassers over many years in many seats usually means that they are best placed to 'get out the vote' on election day. I can't quite believe that the Greens have enough data, or people, to wrest control of the council from Labour.
