Hello

I teach yoga class at the lovely Goose Green Clinic at 57 East Dulwich Road, Monday 6.45pm - 7.45pm and Wednesday 7pm - 8pm. Come along and try your first class for ?5 (normal price ?10 drop-in or discount card ?40 for 5 class pass). A class pass can be used interchangeably between both the Monday and Wednesday class.

The class sizes are small and run at a gentle pace, but still with the aim to fully stretch the body out to aid relaxation at the end of the class.   Between Herne Hill and North Dulwich gives you good options for transport. You have the line into London Bridge, trains to Victoria and the Thameslink into City Thameslink. Plus it's not too far from Brixton tube.

  You do know that this post is the reason that forums exist? So that people can ask for help, advice etc. I'm not sure what "...daughter of mothers" means but if you mean friends, not everyone has friends, or is confident enough to ask other mums at the school. Oh and you it's nothing to do with your age - be kind, be helpful or if you can't, leave it to someone who can.
