Urgent decorator for needed to put up border and single roll vinyl

Hi I urgently need a wallpaperer to put up a border in a 3m sq room. I can't do ladders, and need this Asap. Also a single roll of heavy vinyl (magnetic) in the hallway. Tomorrow or weekend if possible.

Not a big job, just unable to do this myself at the moment.
