Vue is a London based photographic agency looking after 10 award winning photographers. We are currently looking for an agent to join the team in their busy SE21 based home office. You could be a junior agent with 1 to 2 years in the business looking for your next role or an experienced agent looking for a change.


Key Skills

? Experience of working in the photographic / advertising industry

? Organised, enthusiastic, self motivated

? Passion for photography and the arts in general

? Creative eye for editing images

? Attention to detail

? Excellent communication and multi tasking skills

? Articulate on the phone and when meeting commissioners

? Knowledge of Mac software, Photoshop, Bridge & Excel as well as social media platforms


Job Description

? Making and attending sales meetings

? Research and management of databases

? Updating the Vue social media accounts and writing blog posts

? Maintaining and updating the photographers printed and online portfolios

? Preparing estimates & invoices as well as office production of the jobs

? General office management

    • To be fair, a pot of tea for one in a department store is a small pot, and you only get one cup or mug!
    • I know - we have been here lots of times since it first opened,  which is why we were disappointed that it was closed at a time it was supposed to be open, but with no notice to say why! I guess we will just  have to ask the reason at our next visit, but I'm not sure we will risk Saturday lunchtime again unless we find the closure  was an unavoidable one off ....
    • Nope. I don’t have this wrong. I’ve tried to put my point across respectfully, without resorting to personal, angry insults. And all my colleagues agree that the BBC got this right in its condemnation.    All you see is confirmation bias.    If you don’t realise that, then you’re part of the problem.    
    • We have always gone during the week at lunch time - great place and good value. Husband has been several times on his own and owner knows his first name. I could not go one time for some reason and she sent him home with some spring rolls (free)
