Henslowe Road/Local Historian

I have a photo of a house from a family collection which I am trying to identify. It may be 60, Henslowe Road or Ebenezer Place, Henslowe Road. Is there any "Henslowe Road Resident" reading this who could identify this property or is there a local family historian who could point me in the right direction.
