Loft extension in Dulwich?

Hi all,

I live in Dulwich and planning on getting a loft conversion done this year. The house is currently a 3 1/2 bed Victorian terrace, the plan is to add 2 bedrooms and a shower room. Does anyone have any recommendations for both architects and builders that have carried out similar work in the area? Quality of work and price are the two main considerations.

If anyone on here has had good (or bad) experiences with their loft conversions it would be great to hear it... Have people lived in the property for the full project duration? I have a young daughter to think of... Did the project finish on time and budget? Were thee any unforeseen issues that arose etc etc..
