House wanted for Film Location late April

Looking for a large spacious, characterful house or ground floor flat for a short film shooting 3 days across April 26 -29th, and available to visit the w/c 20 April. Need to film in dining/living/bedroom/ hallway and a large bathroom. The house should be cat/dog free, ideally quiet street with parking and comfortable with a professional crew of 15-20 people. We have been commissioned by Creative England and are fully insured by them. Will pay a fee of up to ?150/shoot day for the right place. Please don't hesitate to get in touch to find out more... Probably because it's a low-budget short, not an ad or feature where the rates are ?1000-2.5k.

It pretty much means moving out of your home for three days. Plenty of empty properties in London that would suit though.
