If like me, you are hell bent on getting fit and changing your body type/shape, but cannot bare the thought of going to a gym two or three times a week, then I have found the solution! His name is Tom Lynas and he is an East Dulwich resident who also runs his classes in East Dulwich.

Tom's passion for Fitness and training is obvious and I've seen great results without stepping inside the gym, which I find really boring. He is always looking for new ways to make our sessions more fun and more challenging and its good fun seeing what he rocks up with on a weekly basis to help me get into shape! Sometimes its the standard kettle bells, but other times there could be a giant tyre, a rope, a pole, and the list goes on...

I found Tom after attending his METAFIT class on Monday nights from 7.30pm or 8.10pm at the Dulwich Constitutional Hall on East Dulwich Grove. Another great class! He also runs a class called Bear Drills on Thursday nights, but I haven't got along to that yet!

I really struggled to find a PT that wasn't affiliated to a gym, and therefore attracting a membership fee etc on top of session fees, so I hope this little endorsement might help a few others who are in the same boat as me!

    • Another recommendation for Niko. Great communication, top guy, and super reliable and skilled - all at a fair price. Takes a lot of care in what he does and talks you through everything.
    • Some foxes are very tame. The foxes that live near the electricity sub-station thing on the corner of Calton and Woodwarde will happily walk up to you/passed you. They are some of the best looking foxes around so clearly being well-fed - glorious coats and bushy tails but interested in humans and keen to engage/be fed rather than being scared.
