So i'm the wrong side of 40 and pretty unfit, i have no interest in gyms or running but i do like football. I'm in no shape to play a match right now but would like to be



I was wondering if anyone was in the same position and fancied meeting up and doing a bit of training, and if anyone on the forum is maybe a coach who could run something like this if everyone chipped in?
