anchortutors
I recently posted the message copied below in various places on the forum. Although I got lots of views, only a few people filled in the survey. Can anyone suggest why the survey was not taken by more people? Can anyone take a few minutes to fill it in? It really is quick! Thanks in advance for your comments!"Would you be interested in a tutor group for secondary school pupils after school in a local caf?? The idea is to have a tutor available for hour-long sessions in various subjects for groups of students. For example, a maths workshop where students will have a fully qualified, experienced tutor on hand to answer any questions. To get an idea of the demand for/interest in this type of activity, we have created a simple survey here: https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/CT2BL28 We would be most grateful if you could take the time to complete it, it will only take a few minutes. Many thanks, Fran Anchor Tutors " Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/56009-parents-of-11-18-year-olds/ Share on other sites
landsberger
This is an advertising pitch disguised as a survey. It needs to move to the advertising thread. DishandtheSpoon
Hi The survey is genuine. We are working with Anchor Tutors to try & understand the tutoring requirements of parents with 11 to 18 year olds with a view to starting afternoon tutoring sessions at the cafe. We know many parents with children in this age group use the family room and would like to engage with them. It is normal for surveys to offer an appropriate incentive which the half price tutoring session is.The data collected is only going to be used to try and create the best sessions we can.If anyone can suggest a better way to find & discuss this with the parents of local senior school children then please feel free to suggest it.
