I am letting my bright sunny 2 double bed, 1st floor flat on Landells Road from 1st May.

Spec is:

- Great central location - 1 min to Great Exhibition, 5 mins walk to LL for new cinema, Franklins etc

- Victorian conversion with 2 double bedrooms

- Bathroom with good shower

- Lounge 15 x 11 ft

- Kitchen with eat in table for 2/3

- Nice neighbours above and below

- In good nick but will be redecorated for new tenant

- Gas central heating with good economical combi boiler

- No garden or outdoor space but situated nicely between between both Peckham Rye and Dulwich Park!

- Part furnished (1 king sized double bed with new mattress, wardrobe and L shaped sofa in lounge, table and chairs in kitchen)

Looking for a good tenant who'll look after it basically...would suit a single professional or professional couple in regular secure employment with references, no pets (sorry but its a condition of my lease) no estate agents (I always let privately). 12 month let minimum, 6 weeks deposit, rent is ?1325 pcm

Some pics attached. Viewings over this Easter weekend (Friday ,Saturday and Monday). Thanks.

    • tried the traditional beef empanada yesterday and it was amazing honestly, hotter and better than the other place (no offence!). I really don’t see the issue with having more than one of the same type of shop – we’ve got Indian restaurants, two supermarkets, two cheese shops, two pizza joints, even two paint shops! So I don’t get what all the fuss is about. Good food is good food, and there’s room for everyone.
    • I understand you access ancestry from any Southwark library computer. Or see the real post office directories in archive.
    • Hello! We are relocating abroad and so will be withdrawing our two children (ages 4 and 6) from St Dunstan’s College (Catford). If any family is considering enrolling children of a similar age, now would be an excellent opportunity—we’re required to pay full‑term fees unless the places are taken. Please get in touch if you’re interested or know someone who might be. Thank you!
