Well said Alice. So tired of people putting Miliband down for basically the way he looks/talks.

If you disagree with his politics that's totally fine, but the rest of it is pathetic playground nonsense.

Surprised to read so much criticism ofLeanne Wood who the wife and I thought did quite well at speaking up for Wales, which at the end of the day is her concern.

And it was she who first suggested that the UK should not be pulled from Europe unless Scotland Wales and Ireland all agreed. A suggestion which Sturgeon was quick to repeat.

A bit disappointing the DUP and other NI parties not invited. It's ok to invite break away nationalist parties only representing constituencies in specific regions of the UK, and the DUP which in the last parliament was the forth largest party by seats, not invited. Bad show for the UK representing every home nation, bad show for democracy.

Especially when you consider that Plaid Cymru is only the fourth largest party in Wales (in terms on %age of vote)!

I totally agree Loz. In fact I think they would only use coalition to get another referendum on independance. They are nationalists with no interest in a UK or England. It could be argued they shouldn't have been part of that debate at all.

Suspect if DUP came along - then SF would get annoyed.

And then it would properly kick off.

Plaid were trying to form an alliance with SNP - but not really working.

Get a set of dumbbells and maybe a resistance band, find a HIIT channel you like on youtube and workout in your room, eat clean and go out every day. £115/mo is ridiculous. I thought they were supposed to be about £20 to £30 and most people give up come February anyway.
    • Point taken..I go 3-4 times a week and have done every week for several years however £115 a month is still a lot of money for many people (myself included) for a 'non essential' One can if one wishes excersise by running or Cycling, swimming once in a while. Gym membership IS a luxury...
    • Tawny owls are hooting in Dawsons Heights very near me. But very elusive birds. Sadly now on the amber list.  I have heard the owls every night for the past couple of weeks  It is good to know they are here. They are quite loud so I think they are very near. I have never seen an owl in the wild before and wish I  could  see them.
