Wanted: any leftover turf

Hi,

We are looking for any leftover turf rolls. We desperately want to be able to get the kids out there this summer as it's our first summer with a garden. It is currently unusable. We've tried to seed but it's not taking very well and our time is running out for outdoor summer fun in our new house. We need to cover an area of 17sq.m, I realise this is a lot for someone to over order so not confident in sourcing it all at once but will take any leftover and collect as we go.

If you have any spare after sorting your own garden for the summer please contact me and I can arrange collection ASAP.

Thanks in advance.

    • I'd try the Dulwich Village of "North Dulwich Triangle" forums for more local knowledge but I don't think thise areas compare to Abeville Road at all. It will be quite a different lifestyle.
    • Yes, Dulwich Village commands a premium and justifiably so given access to the City via London Bridge plus the top rate schools within walking distance.  The bus services are really good also - 37, 42 and P4. The P4 is useful for connecting to the Victoria line at Brixton. It's worthwhile waiting for the right property. I know of one which will be coming on the market in a few weeks - 4 bedrooms and south facing garden circa £2.5m.
    • This is an utterly foolish and alarmist statement, completely at odds with reality.
    • I realise this is highly unlikely, but if anyone has a colour laser printer in very good working order, I'd be delighted to take it off your hands!
