Pilates & 'This Girl Can' Campaign

'This Girl Can' is a national campaign, developed by Sport England. It is a celebration of active women everywhere and proves that whatever our size, ability or previous experience, sport and exercise can be a fun and enjoyable part of our lives.


To celebrate and support the campaign, Pilates Form is offering a 15% discount to all new clients wishing to start any type of Pilates - mat classes, Reformer equipment, pregnancy/post natal or would like to attend the monthly Tummy Training Workshops (with a womens' health physiotherapist).


General, beginner/improver classes are on MONDAYS, 10-11am in DULWICH VILLAGE.


Pregnancy Pilates classes are on TUESDAYS, 8.15-9.15pm in EAST DULWICH.


Small group classes (max 12). All equipment provided. Please email [email protected] for further information and booking. Please quote 'thisgirlcan'.


Private tuition can be arranged by appointment, Monday-Saturdays.

    • Thanks. I'll call them shortly as I could get there without the car. 
    • One time Sainsbury's delivered 6 bags of apples instead of 6 single apples which I couldn't possibly get through. I phoned Pecan in Peckham to ask if they would accept them despite their website stating no fresh foods. I must have phoned at just the right time as they were happy to accept them. Sainsburys gave me a refund so the donation was courtesy of them. Or you could experiment with all kinds of apple recipes and write a blog about it
    • There's a food bank off Dog Kennel Hill. Albrighton Community Fridge. https://www.albrightoncommunityfridge.org/ I'm sure they would welcome them, but maybe check first, as they don't actually mention fresh fruit on their website? But apples aren't that perishable. Drop off seven days a week 9 - 5. Be warned if you are going by car, parking can be very difficult, easiest if there are two of you so one person can take the food in while the other can move the car if necessary.
    • Food banks for sure and what about approaching these schools in area that run summer camps - although having said that with health and safety being so strict might not allow it - crazy really.    Can’t remember name of church but was one in Peckham that from memory did a community meal a couple of times a week. Now they for sure would take them and probably Kingswood House as well.
