Looking for a builder

We are looking for a builder to do the following on a 2 bed Victorian cottage:

- side return on rear of house

- move bathroom upstairs to allow access from hall rather than through a bedroom

- as a result build a partition wall

- install a kitchen

- repair some floor boards

- general painting and redecoration

- a re wire throughout as required

Just to clarify, the bathroom is already upstairs but we need the access moved to a more central place as it's currently only accessible via a bedroom. We also want to install a toilet up there.
