Catchment map?

A year or two ago someone posted a link to an incredible map showing the circular catchment areas for many of the local schools. Does anyone have that link still and do you know if it has been updated? Thank you so much and hope everyone got the schools they wanted for their little ones!

I'm not sure if this is the same website as previously posted but I used this one to look at catchment areas during the application process. You put in your postcode and it shows a map with all your local schools and their catchment areas based on last year I think.....

I made this one for the 2014 catchment areas. Unfortunately it is not as slick and comprehensive as other one. I would love to know how the data stories one was one made.
