Mattress

I'm thinking of buying a new mattress for my kind size bed. Currently have a memory foam mattress but we find it too soft.

Any recommendations on where I should buy it from?

I have 2 of their beds.. They are expensive but are real quality...

I'm told Madonna uses their beds. ... but I would not know that..

John Lewis do some fantastic ones but you pay for what you get. The last king size one I bought, about 8 years ago, was just over ?600.

Agree - fantastic mattresses that last a long time. Plus you spend a third of your life in bed so spend accordingly.

Agree about Millbrook mattresses, pocket sprung, have had two of their mattresses. Bought them from Arding and Hobbs before they closed.

Try Mattressman online. I have antique beds that need special sizes which this company do.

Agree with spending a lot on a mattress, definitely worth it for the back. The website is a bit naff, but the mattresses and service are very good.

Outstanding service too. We ordered a king size in error (should have been Euro king size) and they made us a new one and collected the old without question, even though it was our fault.

Expensive but worth it.
