I am going to register for a walking marathon through london in September and was wondering if anyone has trained in the past or goes on hikes and wouldn't mind a tag along that has to do some serious training beforehand?? Hikes to good pubs not out of the question!

  Plenty of properties getting up to 2 million, and a few beyond, in SE23. Premium for large Victorian houses, such as the lovely Christmas houses which come with large gardens, and being on a hill, many 30s houses extended and modernised. Down side is perpetual building work, noise, skips, builders. Expect that the same in newly gentrified atras

  Any experience of Sternhall Lane GP surgery? I saw on their website that you can book appointments up to 4 weeks in advance, and do it by phone.or online by e-consult. They are accepting new patients.

  Agree SE23 is great - you will find us a little rougher around the edges than the Dulwiches though! I'll let the eager house sellers of SE23 know someone with £2M budget is on their way 😂
