Laptop clean up/upgrade

Hello,

Am looking for someone locally to come and clean up a laptop. By clean up, I mean get rid of programmes which are slowing it down and maybe add some memory. It's about 5 years old so not sure if this is old is laptop terms but appears in good condition other than the speed.

Would ideally like someone to come over but can travel locally. In the next couple of days would be great.
