Looking for after school nanny or live in au pair

Recommended Posts

We are looking for an after school nanny or live in au pair for our 11 year old daughter who is in her last term of

Junior school.

Responsibilities would include picking her up from school and bringing her home, supervising homework and preparing dinner. Our daughter is fairly independant and self sufficient but too young to be home alone obviously. We would

Offer a room in the top floor of the house with ensuite for a live in au pair and would also be looking for some light tidying up etc whilst our daughter is at school

Role may suit a local student or a nanny looking for extra hours.

Thank you

    • Friend recommends Penge Cycle Club.  Southwark Cyclists usually do two social cycle rides on Saturday, you don't need to be a member (London Cycling Campaign) but recommended.  They are advertised on the What's On section of EDF. And you can go on their other Borough group rides, Lewisham Cyclists often do long rides. Generally very cycle friendly around here, despite occasional on line hostility.

    • This Italian restaurant at the Southbound Goose Green bus stop on Lordship Lane is excellent but doesn't seem to get much custom, especially at lunchtimes - a sad indictment of East Dulwich society.  If it were in Camberwell/Peckham (where I used to live) it would be rammed. If we don't want Lordship Lane full of chains, then good quality independent family places need custom.
