Only moving as bought our own place, so our rental will be available from May 17th.

Wouldn't normally bother trying to let out someone else's flat, but the landlord is a good one and quite responsive to getting work done (got a brand new boiler last year within a day or so of reporting it not working).

It's a good little flat, fantastic location. Think it's great for the price tbh - it does need a bit of work here and there but we just haven't bothered as knew we were moving.
