Fisher-Price Precious Planet 2-in-1 Projection Cot Mobile

Has a moving mobile with light projection and three different musical accompaniments - heart beat, Bach and sounds of nature. My baby found it very soothing to have the heart beat sound between 1-6 months and after that time the 'light show' was hours of entertainment too!

Used and in very good working order. (New these are ?80) .Selling now for ?40. ONO

Here is the brand's description:

Baby will fall in love with the adorable plush characters on the Precious Planet cot mobile. Soothing music of classical lullabies, ocean noises and even womb sounds are sure to assist your baby in a beautiful night's sleep. As baby gets older it will convert into a music box and project cute animal images on the ceiling to really encourage baby's imagination. Winner of silver 'Mother and Baby award' 2009 This is a projection cot mobile with a canopy that brings the light show closer to baby. A delicate canopy hangs overhead of baby with four plush characters attached to it (teal whale, white polar bear, green alligator and yellow lion). A soft light pattern of animals is projected from the base of the mobile onto the inside of the canopy. When baby grows, the mobile arm can be removed, and the light pattern can project on to the ceiling. This mobile plays 20 minutes of music, which includes classical lullabies (Bach, Beethoven and Mozart), nature sounds, ocean sounds, and heartbeat/white noise womb sounds. The mobile attaches to the crib with our new, improved mechanism and comes with a remote control. General information: Suitable from birth. Batteries required: 2 x AAA (not included) plus 4 x D (not included)

    • https://www.letslinkuk.net/ I'm interested to know why the OP didn't find this sort of scheme to work, as I would have thought it was much harder to find someone to do a direct exchange with? Does anybody else have experience of a scheme like this? Happy to be persuaded!
    • I personally think is a great idea Bobbly and would love if there was a section for it. I wouldn't offer free gardening under the "for sale" section as I would expect something in exchange and wouldn't expect our cat being looked after for free under the "wanted" section, as an example.

    • I have fond memories of Govinda's I used to go there  back in the 90's (maybe earlier) for an affordable tasty lunch..I was wondering if its still around. Now I have to make a point of going there. Does anyone else remember a really affordable basement cafe run by the church in a street off of Golden Square? parallel to Regent Street? I also used to love the Vegetarian cafe on Neal Street in the basement (Neal Street Cafe?) and there was an inczredible inexpensive authentic Japanese resturant I use to go to with my Japanese friends (who introduced me to it) tucked away behind Long Acre where that brown brick modern building ('modern' I think it went up in the 90's!) now stands that fronts Long Acre and Neal Street..I think it was called Asakasa or something?
