Wonderful nanny available from Mid-June

Recommended Posts

Dear All,

Our wonderful nanny will be leaving us in a month as our daughter and son are starting nursery. She is looking for part or full time work in Dulwich/EastDulwich/Forest Hill/Peckham areas

Caroline is a mature lady with 4 grown up children and she is very experienced! She has been with us for one year and has NEVER taken a day off work, is always on time - I cannot stress how reliable and trustworthy caroline is. she will also do baby-sitting for you. She is very flexible and will work to your routine and always finds time to do chores around the house. She is as fit as a fiddle and doesn't stop keeping herself and the children busy, finding playgroups and activities to do. She is completely engaged and socially responsive to children and you will not find a more caring lady. She even cooks the adults their supper!

My children have grown into confident happy little explorers. my daughter has special educational needs and is now the most confident little thing and this really is down to the lovely Caroline. We don't want to let Caroline go but can't keep her on so please contact her if you are interested. Her number is 07445854801. Please PM me if you would like a reference or more information.

With many thanks

M

    • Fired Earth as a whole went into administration unfortunately - doesn't seem to have been a Dulwich problem specifically. Does anyone know how much the rent is for these Dulwich Village storefronts?
    • It is most likely gas, with what looks like a stop cock, and although the pipe may well have been isolated later from the supply you should get in a gas safe engineer to remove it. At worst it might need to be capped off beneath the floor boards. Don't interfere with it yourself.
    • Sorry, I know this isn't strictly an East Dulwich topic but as there are so many late-Victorian properties in the area I wondered if anyone has seen anything similar in their house and can advise. We have what looks like an old gas outlet on the back wall of our daughter's bedroom which we'd like to remove, but we weren't sure whether it's safe to do so. Do I just call a registered gas engineer to check it out? And is it definitely a gas outlet or might it be something else? It's at floor level so maybe electricity but it doesn't look like any electricity outlet I've ever seen! Has anyone had any experience of dealing with something similar?
    • Just had a look at the above web sites you listed. Mot tax look for free .but you still need to pay to get service results.sàme as the ones I liste
