I found her card wallet on Dunstans Road, with driving licence and bank cards. I've messaged her on FB but thought I'd try here too incase she's lost her phone as well. PM me if you think you might know her.

How about handing them into a police station meanwhile, which may well have been her first port of call in trying to find them.
