Room to rent for four months from 10 June?

I've lived in the area for a year now and love it and now my sister is moving to london from Bristol to work on a large summer event in production. This means she's now looking for a reasonably priced room for about four months. She'll be working so much you'll barely see her so could be a nice little earner for someone with a spare space.

She's 30 yrs old and currently in a house share and is perfect balance of easygoing and clean and tidy.
