Urgent please help Fridge Freezer stopped working

Can anyone help or advise of someone who can help please?We have just had a food delivery and our fridge/freezer has stopped working.

Stupid question but have you checked the fuse?

Yes. The power works. The freezer is getting cold but not freezing and the fridge is warm :(

Would highly recommend AGS Refrigeration repairs who answered my call on a sunday evening to talk through the problem. He told me he would call at 9am to arrange to come over to fix it. He called at 9am on the dot and arrived on time. We now have a working fridge/freezer.
