The rooms are furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and bedside cabinet and have their own wash basins. There are bath/shower rooms and a good-sized kitchen/diner with fridge-freezer, washing machine and dishwasher on each floor.

Rents are ?496/?540 pcm, inclusive of all bills, including gas central heating and wireless internet. We are offering six month minimum tenancies, which can be extended.

Stuart Road is very close to Peckham Rye Park and common and is served by buses 343 and 484 to Peckham, Camberwell (King?s College Hospital), Elephant & Castle, New Cross and Lewisham. Trains from Nunhead, Peckham Rye, East Dulwich or Honor Oak Park stations offer easy access to Central London.
