Both are a bit scummy, but not the end of the world. Jeremy
In Italy/France/Spain adults drink around kids, and the children learn to be responsible with alcohol. I therefore propose that beer in the playground is compulsory for all Dads. (Mums can choose aperol spritz if modelling themselves after the Italians). Saffron
Worth mentioning if anyone needs a playground alternative... Gambado sells not only (fairly) decent coffee, but also (only somewhat overpriced) beer.... and they're air conditioned. I always try to get an armchair, and once I almost finished reading an entire newspaper! xx Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/60593-beer-drinking-in-the-goose-green-playground/page/5/#findComment-868663 Share on other sites

Jeremy
Worry not, aperol spritz is an optional choice for added continental "cafe culture" influence.
