Minitoots
I've got a Brother printer which is out of warranty - model no MFC J591 0DW. After a paper jam at the back I removed the jammed paper successfully but since then, prints are coming out blank despite the ink cartridges being full. I've called Brother support and gone through the basics and doing test prints with them, but no luck. Are there any printer repair experts out there who can help, or would it be cheaper to get a replacement? This model is now discontinued.... right-clicking
Go to control panel then devices and printers, delete the entry for your printer, also check in device manager against the printer and see if has the driver installed ( a yellow flag will show if not) your issue is probably a software issue?
