We've been hosting a Ukrainian mother and her daughter in our spare flat for two years and they're very soon moving out to a larger rented flat in Gypsy Hill - except it's totally empty (!)...... If anyone has any free furniture, crockery (plates, bowls), pots/pans and beds they want to get rid of, please get in touch! Keith

Thanks for posting, yes this disproportionate focus on cyclists is not helpful. There are much better things that government can do to reduce the number of all road users killed and seriously injured.

Exactly, what really comes over in those clips is how reluctant cyclists are to stop or even slow down for pedestrians at the zebra. This reminds me of a stance made by one of the more extreme cyclist posters years ago. He objected to disability mobility scooters in cycle lanes on the grounds this would slow down cyclists and get in the way. Instead he felt they should be in bus lanes (so safe) or on the pavement.
