looking for local work

Recommended Posts

Hi there,

Recently been made redundant and should be starting a new role in October.

I'm looking to pick up some part time weekday work in the area to keep things ticking over during summer. Gotta pay that rent!

I'm normally in the e-commerce/marketing entertainment field but would like to hear from anyone who needs an extra pair of hands on any type of project at all be it cleaning, basic garden work, virtual assistance, data entry.

I'm open to all sorts for a realistic price.

send me a pm, I'd love to hear if you have something.

Thanks for reading.

    • You could try Celia Hammond on Lewisham Way in New Cross, but call them first.
    • i think I have seen that animal rescue charities can use old towels/sheets etc. Can anyone give me the address of one that I can donate them to - or do they collect?
    • I'd take some stool samples, keep them in the fridge, book a GPs appointment, and ask for them to be analysed. Kids are sick from time to time.  We all were.  We all are occasionally.  Unless there is a serious outbreak of a bug that can potentially hospitalise a lot of people, then public health will not get involved. For your own benefit you can always visit the cafe and check out their scores on the doors food safety rating and if they are not displaying one, question why. A few years ago there was a large e coli outbreak at the Glastonbury festival, cows graze the land and some festival goers were not being too hygienic.  A reminder to us all to wash our hands etc.  with COVID this should be second nature
