Yes they're on the cd singles of Race For the Prize and Waiting for a superman. >:D<

Went to a zaireeka party at glastonbury one year, we were all to ripped to get it to work, There is a vinyl mix done by some chap in Germany, but it isn't very good. Marvelous band.

Still waiting for the codofux to be released on vinyl, along with a 10th anniversary re-pressing of the Soft Buletin. Decemberists lp is VERY prog, but I like it for just that reason.

I quite liked them too. But they're not as playful as their earlier work, and some of the lyrics on Hey Venus were incredibly lame and repetitive, I'm thinking Battersea Odyssey and Baby Ate My 8 Ball.

This weeks aural delights have been Chain and the Gang's 'Down with liberty.....Up with chains', Iain Sevonious returns to K records with Calvin Johnson at the controls, and Titan's 'Pillzmarmalade', a 45 minute improv jam spacerock on eggy vinyl.

And Dr P, Hey venus was brilliant! Choc full of tunes and good fun.

This week I also had a dream where I listened to Go Kart Mozart's 'Storming up the album charts'. Fantastic.

    • Another recommendation for James - he helped us move house at short notice. He has a very big Luton van and he kindly helped us load and unload the van and was lovely to chat to for the hour long journey.
    • We used Joseph to move house and he was very communicative, punctual and was lovely to chat to during the journey! He was very patient when we arrived and the previous occupiers were still moving out, which was hugely appreciated! Would highly recommend.
    • Another glowing recommendation for Keith. We’re incredibly grateful to EDF for helping us find Keith - I had lots of other quotes from companies who were upselling the work we needed, whereas Keith was very friendly, honest, knowledgeable and competitively priced.  He was incredibly communicative through the whole job and carefully thought through his approach. He did lime mortar repointing along with some brick and masonry repairs, and did everything to a very high standard. We could absolutely trust his advice. He’s lovely to chat to and very respectful of neighbours, clearly communicating when there would be noise or mess. He organised the scaffolding company who were also excellent (Reliable Scaffolding). They worked around limited parking and were prompt to take down the scaffolding once the work was finished. The scaffolding was also much cheaper than other quotes.  Couldn’t recommend Keith enough, it’s a pleasure to have him working on the house and we already have him booked in to do another job for us.
    • If you mean the joinery firm that made windows and doors, it closed down several years ago and a private house was built on the site.
