Flooring expert needed - tiling & wooden floors

Looking for some who can create something akin to this in our open plan hallway / dining room - we knocked down a wall and floor in hallway is different colour and level to the dining room.

reckon best way to sort it permanently (rather than chuck a rug over it - my current solution) is to level and tile the hallway so the finished effect is something like the attached.

Recommendations much appreciated

  Another recommendation for Adam on the Dartmouth Road. Have been going there for years. I will never go anywhere else (unless I move home to somewhere far away!) No faff, very reasonal price and nice atmosphere 👍

  Thanks so much I’ll try that too… might still try getting hold of an air purifier as well if at all possible - want to try cover all bases!
