Short term/6mth let required from Aug (2b flat)

Looking for a 2 bedroom flat for my family (2 adults, 4yo & 1.5yo) to rent while we have work done on our house from mid-August.

Daughter will be at Ivydale/have local childminder so would ideally want to be in Nunhead/Ivydale Rd area.

Hoping to only need flat for 4mths, but also know short term lets are rare/building work can overrun so would be looking for flexibility to have up to 6mths or be able to break contract at 6mths.

Hi, I have a large 2 bedroom flat in Crystal Palace. Google maps says its 14 mins drive to Ivydale school. The current tenant is moving out at the beginning of August. It is newly decorated, has panoramic views of South London, separate kitchen, bathroom, toilet. Large lounge. The rent is ?1250 per month. I am flexible about renting period.
