We have a chef and critic here, who swears that Surma's food is exceptional. Furthermore, they don't have a picture of Monica Ali (dumb blonde tart) outside. During my last takeway I had to resort to tilting those tin foil trays to side, in an attempt to allow excess oil to drain! Yuk!
