Does anybody know whether the KCH helicopter pad has been completed? Flightradar24 is currently (9:20 pm)showing a helicopter (G-SCHZ) flying in the vicinity.

That one was probably involved in the latest James Bond film which has been going on in the Westminster area most weekends recently.
