car wash next to sainsbury's - beware

My husband has just had his car WRECKED by these people. He asked if they could get rid of some sticky residue on his black car, and they put TCut all over the back panel which has removed half the lacquer. They then denied all knowledge and said it was like that when he came in! I'm sure they're fine for a soap and water job, but don't trust them if you actually care about your car's bodywork. If anyone knows a mobile scratch remover please reply!

Doesn't make it a story, just a bit more of BBC tabloid style sensationalism. There are numerous real news stories in the UK and across the world.
