Whilst you're there if you fancy something truly wild, thrilling and savage go and see Warmduscher (just one of Saul Adamczewski's other bands (Fat White Family, Moonlandingz) Sunday 5pm at the Crows Nest and also Sunday 2am at the Gorilla Bar. I doubt very much they'll be shown on TV which is a bloody shame.

Saw her on Jools a few months ago. Amazing dance act. Haven't seen the "Glasto" :) set yet.

I was just adding a bit of flavour to the effect Jah Lush was talking about, which pretty much echoes my feelings on the subject.

Their first three or so albums are all dirty bluesy boogie, the metal thing happened later.

Rio Grande Mud, Tres Hombres ... if you like filth, these are good :-)

      At the Dulwich Hill SNT meeting last night we spoke about Met. Engage. Dulwich Hill had signed up 185 households. Scheme  had been trialled in other parts of the country successfully and now the Met. Police are rolling it out, To the end of August, the Met Police had gathered 17,000 registrations which equites to 2% of households.

      When you dig into the site, there's an ancillary domain also involved in the system: neighbourhoodalert.co.uk;  and one pointed to by the latter as an example, stayintheknow.co.uk, which seems to have been set up by Lancashire.  All three long validated by Nominet and with same registrar.    metengage_etc_whois.txt
