Accident on Barry Road

A young girl was run over today on Barry Road at the junction of Underhill Road about 6.45 - 7pm.

I saw it and was very shocked and wondered if anyone knows what happened to her?

I saw her being wheeled towards the ambulance a bit later, but I am afraid I have no idea how she was. Thoughts go out to her and her family.

That always seems to me to be a bit of a dangerous crossing. However, I think there are traffic lights right there? Best wishes for a speedy recovery of course.
