Cafes with wifi Bellenden rd?

Andersons turn off their wifi at busy times, and won't allow you to plug anything in. To be honest the Victoria pub and the Gowlett - two local pubs in the area - are a better bet as they have the free space (but still welcome the custom) and you aren't taking up space in small, generally busy, cafes.

I'm not anti-wifi in public places at all - as a freelancer I'm often desperate to escape my house - but I do try and choose carefully so I'm not hogging tables.

    • It should be easy enough to point out to anyone even thinking of voting reform that should they take power they will have no impact. And will make things worse.  And if people think politicians break promises now and reform are a breath of fresh air then they ain’t seen nothing yet  but they won’t really care about immigration if reform do win  uk used to be about law and order and now we have dim talking heads everywhere unchallenged going “leave the ECHR, stuff the judges, just do it!!”   like life is that simple sweeties
    • I have been reliably informed that it's not the same group.
    • my bet is it's the same group and no amount of talking to is going to make a difference.
    • Definitely not intended  to come across as "gleeful". Quite the opposite, because developments such as this will only encourage extreme right-wingers such as Reform. And heaven help us if they ever formed a government. It's incumbent on Labour to come up with an effective  policy to "smash the gangs" otherwise we are facing Farage and his gang further down the road.
