Anyone know where the music was coming from?

Just out of interest does anyone know where the very loud music was coming from? Went on for a while and played 'Land of Hope and Glory' other hymns with the odd pop song thrown in? Thought it was Bessemer but their fair isn't til tomorrow. Edited for terrible grammar.
