Local film-maker looking to make a short documentary

Hello. We are trying to make a short documentary about someone in the local area who has an interesting story to tell or a skill, craft, passion or hobby that they would like to share.

I'm trying to get some experience in different forms of film-making and currently the one style that I really enjoy watching are video profiles - which I've never made before. I'd love to give this a try - the only issue is I have no-one to film - yet!
