Hi there,

My name is Kate, I am currently working on a show called Tether, which is going up to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival this year, and is about a blind marathon runner and her guide.

The two actors in the show run for about an hour, whilst also performing, and whilst both do run, neither are marathon or extremely serious runners. As such, we are concerned about them being safe when they run for an hour each day, and warm up and warm down correctly.

We were looking for someone who has run marathons and / or is a keen runner to come into rehearsal to help us create a warm-up and warm-down routine, we are rehearsing at MakeBelieve Arts, which is on Creek Road in Deptford, and I wondered if any keen runners on here may be able to help us out? Ideally we were looking for someone who could come in either tomorrow morning anytime between 10am - 2pm, or on Wednesday 8th, again any time between 10am and 2pm.

We can provide reimbursement of travel expense and tea and biscuits in thanks!

Is anyone able to help, or know someone who could? I know there is the Dulwich Runners group, but couldn't find a contact point for the group?

Many thanks,

Kate

    • It's unprofessional, and possibly illegal.  There are procedures to complain.
    • Occasionally when this happens, the estate agent is complicit. Had this happen to our neighbour and we later found that the house was bought by the sister of the estate agent at the reduced price. The agent is in an advantageous position as he/she is aware of the seller's circumstances and occasionally one will go rogue to do a favour for a relative/friend.
    • Hello, I have a new boxed (unwanted gift) Tefal Secure 5 that you could have.  The model is P2500731 and is a few years old, just been sitting in a cupboard, but it hasn’t even been unpacked.  I think a new version is about £70 so you can have it for £25?  If interested, please let me know and I can drop off to you if you like as we are on Brixton Hill but pass through ED most days.  Best wishes, Alison
