HELP: Re-sanding Oak Worktops to remove stains

Hello I'm looking for someone who can do some work on my worktops. Have had some staining occur due to fitting some splashbacks,the solution used has stained the wood. Can anyone recommend anyone?

I've sanded and worked quite a few wooden counter tops. I have tools and sand paper at the ready, and references.
