I personally feel you need a licence of some sort to use the internet. What utter bs you spout. Most people who cycle on carriageways in and around London already have a licence to drive motor-vehicles.

Approx 00:10, Friday morning, I was cycling back from work in Brixton when I came across a small all black female cat that had been hit by a car, probably moments before I arrived as she was still twitching. Unfortunately she died moments later. I telephoned the rspca and blue cross to get some advice on what to do. Leaving it for the foxes wasn't really an option as this poor cat probably belongs to someone in the local area. If this cat is yours or you know someone's black female cat is missing I'm sorry to tell you she died and is now at the London animal clinic in Camberwell where I took her to be scanned for a microchip.
