parking in the west end on a sunday

does anyone know whether you can park on single yellow lines in central london (soho/oxford street) on a sunday?

Hi Sanity girl,

YES! you can, but make sure you don't park where you see the little yellow dash marks on the pavement next to the single yellow line and in resident bays. All pay and display parking bays are free too!

The earlier you get there the better too, as on a sunday it seems everyone who owns a car seems to turn up in the west end, including moi!

The best parking in the W.E on any other day is the car park in Poland street (top of sohpo nr Carnaby st)...............very much cheepeeeer yes
