End of tenancy flat clean recommendations (local cleaning co)

Hi,

Can anyone recommend a company (ideally based locally - I'd rather support local tradespeople!) that could do a one off 'end of tenancy' deep clean for a 2 bedroom flat (carpeted throughout). Small galley kitchen and galley bathroom are floor-tiled.

A friend and I are due to move out of the flat in a few weeks and wondered how much a professional company might charge for this service - we're both quite pressed for time and don't have an 'industrial' carpet cleaner!!!! (windows might also need a quick clean too - second floor flat / not great with heights either).

Appreciate any recommendations

cheers

Try A to Z Cleaning. They did our tenancy cleaning + moving a couple of months ago and we were quite pleased with the job done so I always recommend them to people in need. We got a sweet deal for both services and the landlord was happy too (which is the most important part). Call them on this phone: 020 3404 3303

    • I can't give you a specific URL.  When you enter a search the system presents the result without any of one's search parameters added to the URL.  So I suggest you go to https://planning.southwark.gov.uk/online-applications/search.do?action=advanced where you just need to enter the address -- use SE22 8EW -- and the  Date Received start date.  I used 1/1/2025.  The three Tesco applications, all minor things, were all made in May.  The Simple search that I'd done previously had no time limit, and didn't include anything else that might have been from Tesco in the last two years. Incidentally, when I searched on the address 29-35 Lordship Lane it did not pick up the Tesco applications, which were held as 29 - 35 Lordship Lane Grrr!
