Dulwich Rugby Clubs for children

Hi all,

I wondered if anyone could recommend a local Rugby Club for boys 11+. Maybe you have a child who plays locally and loves it? It would be great to hear back from any parents.

There is a great local club founded by our local hospital, the wonderful Kings up the hill!

Look up King's College Hospital rugby club.

They are small family oriented club based in the village on Turney road in Dulwich Sports Ground.

Yes- another vote for King's!

Only started in Sep last year and the under 7's qualified for the Kent Finals in their 1st year!

Hi Johanna,

You would be very welcome to try us out. Our junior section is called the Kings Pirates and we are having an open day on Sunday 6th September. Our sessions run from 1030hrs to 1200hrs every Sunday. Our club is very much about children having fun and is open to girls and boys. A lot of the children that attend have never played rugby before but we ensure that the training is safe and appropriate.

If your child likes it then we do ask a membership fee. We really believe in making rugby accessible to all children and therefore have pitched our membership at ?50 for a season, which includes a club T shirt. There is also a reduction for any siblings.
