Men needed to lift

I am moving house early on 18th July and have a container coming at 6-9pm. I am looking for some men to help me lift heavy boxes and furniture from my ground floor flat into the container. I can pay ?100 for 3 hours - ?50 per person. Please let me know if you know anybody! Thanks, Jeni
