Hi there!


I am a nanny based in the Ladywell / Catford area looking for part-time work starting at the end of August / beginning of September. I have 4 years of nannying experience and 10 years experience of working with children. I studied theatre up until Masters level so these skills feature massively in the way in which I relate to children :) I am very interested in child development and how creative play plays a key role in this.


I am looking for roughly 20-30 hours work, preferably full days. I can easily travel to the areas of Brockley, East Dulwich, Dulwich, Peckham, New Cross, Forest Hill, Lewisham, Hither Green etc. Please do get in touch for a copy of my CV.

      Is anyone else having problems trying to register their car for a residents LTN permit for upland road as the council web site only seems to want to allow blue badge holders a permit .

      Posted around 12 cards 2 weeks prior to 24th December. Had some responses so know people have received them. Had about 20 cards - mixture of hand delivered and via post. After years of 'nagging' by myself and our daughters, we may have cured hubby of spending £4 plus on individual cards for our immediate family  ( when you have 12 immediate family it costs a bomb) Also as the girls state, they get put in the recycling bad at beginning of January regardless of cost.

      There was a LETS scheme in ED and it ran for a couple of years or so. Trying to remember when it was pre 2000?  A couple of friends joined it, one did baby sitting for exchange for ironing, the other did small painting jobs or simple gardening. There was a set criteria regarding credits,
